My name is Paul Wambo, a Computational Scientist and Bioinformatics Specialist with a background in biochemistry, computer science, and bioinformatics.
I work at the intersection of biology, computation, machine learning and software engineering to solve complex biological problems.
My work spans the interpretation of biology, computational modelling, and machine learning, with interests ranging from spatial transcriptomics and natural products to drug discovery and biological foundation models.
